By a macroscopic fluid description the numerical model of RF glow discharge is constructed. The model is based on a self-consistent solution of the continuity equations for electron, positive ion and negative on coupled with Poisson's equation. With the model the physical properties of the discharge is described and discussed. And the effects of the negative ion formation is analyzed using two different gases. The influence of some discharge parameter is also presented.
거시적인 유체적 기술에 의해 소형 컴퓨터에서도 다룰 수 있는 RF글로우 방전의 수치적인 모델을 만들었다. 본 모델은 전자, 양이온, 음이온의 연속 방정식과 운동방정식 그리고 Poisson 방정식의 자기만족적인 해를 기초로 한다.
이 모델로써 RF 글로우 방전의 물리적인 성질들이 표현되고 검토되었다. 특히, 음이온 형성의 효과가, 다른 두 기체를 통해서 분석되었고, 몇몇 방전매개변수들(전압, 전극간의 거리, 기체압력 등)의 영향을 살펴보았다.
