A problem of the numerical computation of Two Dimensional (Axisymmetric), time - dependent flame propagation through thin spray droplets injected into cylindrical combustor was investigated. Since numerous studies about multidimensional modelling of unsteady combustion for the reciprocating engines already have existed, the important points intended to make in this study was the quantitative and qualitative comparison of thermo - fluid variables by varying such engine parameters as the initial droplet size, spray spread angle, gas angular velocity and equivalence ratio. Results indicated that the effect of the system parameters on the flame propagation characteristics at each case was very significant.
