$AlPO_4-5$, $SAPO_4-5$, $V-AlPO_4-5$, $Mn-AlPO_4-5$, and $Co-AlPO_4-5$, molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by means of XRD, SEM and EPR. It seemed that V and Si ions were well dispersed in atomic state, Mn and Co ions, however, were mainly agglomerated state as metal oxides, probably. Toluene and m-Xylene disproportionation reactions were undertaken in the temperature range of 375℃ to 450℃ in fixed-bed microreactor. Reactivities were increased in the order; $Co-\simeqMn-〉V-\simeqSAPO_4-5〉AlPO_4-5$. This order could be explained by ammonia TPDs, which were undertaken in the temperature range of 50℃ to 400℃. It was found that the strengths of acid sites were increased in the order; $Co-〉Mn-〉V-〉AlPO_4-5$.
