For use in on-line power monitoring system, an analytical tilt algorithm has been developed using $P_1$ approximation from the transport equation. In this algorithm, radial variation of tilt and tilt equation are employed in order to calculate power tilt. The radial variation of tilt is independent of core parameter and only dependent on core geometry. This analytical algorithm is consist of arithmetic tilt algorithm and vector tilt algorithm. To calculate power tilt, this algorithm uses the response of four symmetrically located incore detector. This analytical algorithm was applied to KNU-1 from cycle 1 through cycle 4 and KNU-2 cycle 1 and cycle 2 using analytic g factor. The comparison of the analytical tilt with regressional tilt shows a good agreement for all cases studied in this work.
현재의 발전소에서 수행하는 방법과는 다른 해석적인 방법에 의해 On-Line Power Monitoring Sys. 에 적용할 수 있도록 Transport Equation 을 $P_1$ Approximation 으로 풀어 Tilt를 계산하는 Algorithm 을 만들었다. 이 Algorithm 은 Vector Method 와 Arithmetic Method 로 이루어졌으며, 이 두가지 방법을 KNU-1 과 KNU-2에 적용시켜 계산하였으며, Regressional Analysis 에 의해 결과를 비교한 결과 잘 일치되었음을 확인하였다.
