In 1986, Puri and Ralescue introduced a new concept of fuzzy random variable and its expectation in order to treat nonstatistical imprecise data by the statistical method.
The purpose of this paper lies in further development of the theory of fuzzy random variables by introducing the conditional expectations and martingales of fuzzy random variables. To do so, we define the addition, multiplication by real-valued measurable function and another one operation and investigate their properties in terms of the expectation. We introduce the conditional expectation of the fuzzy random variables and investigate its properties under the above operations. Furthermore, we show that the properties which hold for ordinary conditional expectations are true for the conditional expectations of fuzzy random variables with some modifications. Fuzzy martingales are also introduced and their convergence theorems for closed martingales are established for both increasing parameter and decreasing parameter cases. We show that the uniformly integrable martingale of fuzzy random variables is represented by a closed martingale.
1986년에 Puri 와 Ralescue 가 비통계적인 자료의 불확실성을 통계적인 방법으로 다루기 위해 새로운 개념의 퍼지 확률변수와 그것의 평균을 도입하였다.
본 논문에서는 퍼지 확률변수의 조건부 평균과 마아팅게일을 도입함으로써 퍼지 확률변수 이론을 더욱 발전시키고자한다. 첫째로, 우리는 퍼지 확률변수족에서 덧셈과 실수값을 갖는 측도가능한 함수에 의한 곱셈 그리고 또다른 하나의 연산을 정의하고 평균이 이들의 연산에 대해 선형성을 가짐을 보였다. 다음으로 우리는 조건부 평균을 정의하고 위에서 정의된 연산에 대한 성질을 조사하고 아울러 일반적인 조건부평균에서 만족하는 성질들이 퍼지 확률변수의 조건부 평균에서도 성립함을 밝혔다. 다음으로 우리는 퍼지 마아팅게일의 개념을 도입하고 닫혀있는 마아팅게일에 대한 증가하는 매개변수와 감소하는 매개변수를 갖는 두가지 경우에 수렴성의 정리를 얻었다. 끝으로, 일양 적분가능한 퍼지 마아팅게일은 닫혀있는 마아팅게일로 나타남을 밝혔다.
