This thesis studies a design aspect of Automated Warehouse System which is characterized by Storage/Retrieval (S/R) machines and palletized loads. It is assumed that more than one aisle is served by an S/R machine.
This study proposes a way to determine simultaneously the height, length, and the number of the aisles such that the total expected travel time of the S/R machine is minimized.
Also, the effects of the Acceleration/Deceleration (A/D) are studied on the design of the AS/RS.
For the model developed, the computer program is made to find an optimal design by using the numerical procedure. And sensitivities of several system parameters are investigated on the expected travel time. The results indicates that the decision variables of this study converge to the steady state as A/D values becoming large.
본 연구에서는 자동창고에서 현대의 물품 불출기가 한개 이상의 복도를 담당하는 체계의 설계를 다루었다.
물품 불출기의 기대시간을 최소화시키면서 선반의 높이와 길이 그리고 복도의 갯수 결정이 다루어졌고, 여기에 가속과 감속값이 미치는 영향등을 설계의 각도에서 분석하였다.
이 문제의 해를 구하기 위하여 computer program을 작성하였으며 그 결과를 표로 나타내었다.
