This paper describes the application of Automatic Assembly System with vision sensor for Die Bonding.
The assembly control system consists of four parts, that is, Supervisor, Display, Vision, Servo part.
The main topic of this paper is the description of Display System. The Display System is composed to Camera interface and Double buffer memory (VISION RAM AND DISPLAY RAM), Pattern generation, Display.
For camera interface, a real time image digitizer is implemented. For pattern generation, algorithms of line and circle are adopted and character generation algorithm is developed. Finally, for display, D/A CONVERSION and SYNC mixer are implemented.
