In this thesis, we propose an audit procedure and information model for software quality management. The proposed audit procedure is an integrated audit process of the standardization audit, verification/validation and software configuration management throughout software development cycle. The proposed information model, which organizes and represents the managerial information of the audit procedure at conceptual level, is designed using top-down information modeling approach. Finally, the information model is converted into the relational data model which is used to construct the database for software quality management.
