The electrical properties of sintered CdS layer to which $InCl_3$ was added has been investigated.
Two sets of the samples in which the amount of $Incl_3$ was changed were prepared. Ones were those sintered without flux and the others were those sintered with flux of 10 wt% $CdCl_2$.
The changes in sheet resistance, carrier concentration and electrical conductivity of these samples were observed as a function of $InCl_3$ amount added.
And the carrier concentrations of these samples were calculated theoretically using thermodynamic data.
In the samples sintered without flux, the sheet resistance started to decrease after addition of some critical amount of $InCl_3$ and the amount which was necessary for the decrease in the sheet resistance was different depending on the sintering temperature.
In the samples sintered with flux, the carrier concentration increased slightly as $InCl_3$ was added. And the tendency of the change in carrier concentration agreed relatively well with the theoretically calculated result.
