This thesis presents an improved cost limit replacement policy under minimal repair. When a system requires repair, it is first inspected and the repair cost is estimated. Specifically, the policy prescribes the allowed number of repairs of which the cost exceeds a certain amount known as the ""repair limit"", before replacement. Then, the failed system is minimally repaired either if the repair cost is estimated to be less than the cost limit or if the number of repairs of which the cost exceeds the cost limit is less than the prescribed one. Otherwise the failed one is replaced by a new one.
A Weibull failure distribution and a Negative exponential repair cost distribution are assumed for analytic tractability. The average cost per unit time for repairs and replacement over an infinite horizon is applied as a criterion, and the optimal policy is developed to minimize it. It is shown that the optimal policy is unique and finite.
본 논문은 최소수리 (Minimal Repair)아래 비용한계를 고려한설비 대체 개선안에 관한 연구이다. 최소 수리란 수리후의 상태를 수리 바로전의 상태로 환원시키는 수리를 일컫는다.
설비가 고장났을때 먼저 검사에 의해 수리비용이 추정된다. 그런데 수리비용이 대체비용에 대해서 상대적으로 클 경우 설비를 수리하기 보다는 교체하는 것이 경제적일 수 있다. 즉 수리시 비용이 주어진 비용 한계를 초과하지 않으면 최소 수리를 행하고 그렇지 않으면 교체하는 것이 바람직 할 수 있다.
본 연구에서는 수리 비용 한계와 대체전 비용한계 초과 허용 횟수를 설정하여 수리시 비용이 이 한계를 초과하지 않는 모든 경우와 또는 초과한 횟수가 허용횟수를 넘지 않는 경우에 대해서 최소 수리를 행한다. 그렇지 않은 경우 설비를 교체한다. 이와 같은 정책하에서 단위시간당 평균비용함수가 유도되었다. 또한 설비의 고장 분포가 Weibull분포이고 수리비용의 분포가 지수 분포일 경우 단위시간당 평균비용함수와 최적대체 정책을 구하였다.
