This thesis gives an account of a model of Hangul natural query processing system. This aims to explore the possibility of providing casual users who use Hangul with a convenient means of accessing information in database without learning a formal query language. In this case, many syntactic and semantic ambiguities may occur in user's query sentence. To solve the problem, this system intends to emphasize the semantic analysis of the query by the use of Case system which is relevant to analyze Hangul.
As next phase, the system produces an adequate logical query form to access the information in the database. During the entire process, it is attempted to present the formal rule and method to extend the system easily to a variety of domains. For a convenience, the system is implemented in prolog and its DB is supposed to be constructed in same language.
