N-phenylsulfonamido-α-aminomethylphosphonic acid and their derivatives were prepared by the reaction of α-aminomethylphosphonic acid with aromatic sulfonyl chlorides at low temperature(0-5℃) in good yields. α-amino-methylphosphonic acid was prepared by an Ivanov-type aminoalkylation of triphenylphosphite with benzylcarbamate, paraformaldehyde, and acetic anhydride.
N-phenylsulfonamido-N-phosphonomethyl-α- aminomethylphosphonic acid and their derivatives were prepared by the reaction of N-phosphonomethyl-α-aminomethyl phosphonic acid with aromatic sulfonyl chlorides. N-phosphonomethyl-α-aminomethylphosphonic acid was prepared from debenzylation of N,N-bis(phosphonomethyl)-benzylamine which could be obtained by Mannich reaction of benzylamine with formaldehyde and phosphorus acid. These compounds with the similar molecular skeletons to the aminophosphate herbicides are expected to have interesting biological activities.
N-페닐슬폰아미도-알파-아미노 메칠아인산과 그 유도체들은 알파-아미노 메칠아인산과 방향족슬폰염화물들을 저온에서 반응시켜서 좋은 수율로 합성할 수 있었다. 알파-아미노 메칠아인산은 트리페닐포스파이트와 벤질카바메이트, 파라포름알데히드, 무수초산을 이바노브 형태의 알킬화 반응에 의해서 합성하였다.
N-페닐슬폰아미도-N-포스포노메칠-알파-아미노 메칠아인산과 그 유도체들을 N-포스포노메칠-알파-아미노 메칠 아인산과 방향족슬폰 염화물의 반응에 의해서 합성하였다. N-포스포노메칠-알파-아미노메칠아인산은 N,N-비스(포스포노메칠)벤질아민의 벤질이탈 반응으로 얻어진다. N,N-비스(포스포노메칠)벤질아민은 벤질아민과 포름알데히드 그리고 아인산의 만니히 반응에 의해서 합성하였다.
이 화합물들은 그 구조적 형태가 아미노포스페이트 제초제들과 유하한 것으로 또 다른 생물학적 활성이 있을 것으로 예측되어진다.
