Low frequency dielectric dispersion of C-Cut KDP Crystal was measured in the frequency region from 100HZ to 5MHZ by RC-series circuit Voltage dividing technique.
There were four separated frequency regions different in dispersion behaviours; low frequency relaxation, domain wall motion resonance, piezoelectric resonance, high frequency relaxation.
Contribution of lateral and longitudinal wall motion to the dielectric constant was considered.
Also, piezolelectric resonance was observed to be excited by the D.C field poling of the sample.
