Ferroelectric phase transition in $KH_2PO_4$ single crystal was studied by dielectric constant measurements and polarization reversal current measurements.
Piezolectric effects on both dielectric constant and reversal current are considered in detail by solving the coupled equations of motion for polarization and acoustic deformation, which were used in analyzing the results of experimental observations near and below the phase transition temperature $T_c$.
