This thesis studies a mixed integer programming for solving the facility location problem. A model is proposed for the optimal location of facilities in the multi-stage distribution system under the given demand requirement constraints at minimum total cost.
First, the problem is reformulated in such a way that a heuristic integer solution for the associated continuous problem can be obtained through by simple and unified dual-based procedures. Second, the heuristic procedure for improving integer solution is implemented. In addition, the efficient simplification procedures are considered.
Basically, the branch and bound (B＆B) technique is used to optimize the model. This study may be successfully applied to solve the practical multi-level location problems, where capacities of facilities are assumed to be unlimited.
社會의 成長에 따른 流通構造의 複雜度가 深化됨에 비추어 볼 때, 기존의 硏究로는 現實을 正確히 反映하기는 어렵다. 따라서 좀 더 많은 段階의 流通體系를 다룰 수 있는 最適化 모형에 관한 硏究의 必要性이 절실해지고 있는 실정이다.
本 硏究는 分枝技法을 利用한 多段階流通體系에서의 設備의 最適立地模型을 다루었다. 그 과정에서 問題의 再定式化를 通해 下限을 迅速히 求했고, 每 副問題에서 上限인 整數解를 改善하는 方法을 開發했다. 그 結果, 다른 解法보다 優越한 計算結果를 나타냈다.
本 硏究의 效率的인 擴大와 適用으로 좀 더 다른 分野의 混合型 整數問題, 그리고 매우 複雜한 條件式을 포함하는 問題를 解決할 수 있으리라 期待된다.
