In part Ⅰ, first order elements which are LR parallel and CR parallel elements and second order elements which are lossy or lossless LC parallel resonator are suggested by generalizing the clocking scheme of SCF. By using these new elements at the input or output termination, the total number of MOS Operational Amplifier can be reduced.
The experimental results of the low pass filter and the band stop filter using a new type grounded VIS are in a good agreement with the theoretical response.
In part Ⅱ, the effects of elements caused by the non-ideal VIS are described, and as a special case a new SCF design method without using VIS is described. And we suggest a SCF design method of operating SCF in the high frequency range by using unit element (U.E.) to separate the input loop from the output loop and by using operations amplifiers as the input and output buffers. Experimental results show a good agreement with theory.
