In this dissertation, we mainly consider the risk due to incompleteness of market, especially, failure of the Black--Scholes framework.
Because it is impossible that trading underlying stocks or risk-free asset continuously, there exist a error caused by Delta-hedging discretely.
Many researches found that this Delta-hedging error is hedged by financial derivatives on realized variance, we describe and proof how it works.
There are risk from existence of transaction cost and impact of transaction cost on Delta-hedging error is introduced.
We also introduce a new method for estimate distribution of Delta-hedging error.
We consider the Delta-hedging error as a path-dependent asset and calculate its prices over various values of strike price with recursive relation and numerical integration.
This calculation is available under the model that has analytic solution for European option price and Greeks.
In this dissertation, we only consider geometric brownian motion and Merton's jump diffusion model.
Approximated distribution of Delta-hedging error is obtained by differentiating its price with respect to strike price.
Comparison between distribution derived by Monte Carlo simulation and our method is proposed.
