This research attempted to study the effect of electronic product E-service quality on customer satis-faction and loyalty. 241 males and females were classified into a group with experience in online service and another group with no experience. For the two groups, surveys were conducted, and hypothesis were tested through the statistics programs.
Research results show that for those with experience in online service, only the ？design？ of E-service has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction and loyalty. For those with no experience in online ser-vice, the ？design？, ？security？, and ？interaction？ factors of E-service showed positive relationships.
From this result, it can be interest that when customers seek online service for their electronic prod-ucts, they have a tendency to want to find needed information quickly.
To improve the online service customer satisfaction from the research results, it is more effective to place the first priority among numerous VOCs on Web master who will check and improve ？design？ related contents as first priority, among numerous VOCs
본 연구는 전자제품의 E-서비스 품질이 고객 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하고자 하였다. 불특정 남녀 241명을 대상으로 온라인 서비스 경험자, 비 경험자를 구분하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 통계 프로그램인 SPSS와 AMOS 를 통해 가설 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 온라인 서비스 경험자의 경우 E-서비스의 '디자인'만이 고객 만족도, 충성도와 양의 관계를 보이고, 비 경험자의 경우 E-서비스의 '디자인', '보안','상호작용' 요인이 양의 관계를 보임을 확인하였다.이를 통해 고객들은 전자제품 온라인 서비스 활용할 시에는
필요한 정보를 빨리 찾고자 하는 성향이 있음을 알 수 있었다.
위 연구결과를 통해 온라인서비스 고객만족도 제고를 위해선 전반적인 시스템 리뉴얼보다는 Web마스터 유지보수 인원을 배치하여 수많은 VOC 중에서 '디자인'관련 내용을 1순위로 확인 및 개선하는 것이 더 효율적임을 판단된다
