This thesis is concerned with the relationship between heart rate variability and work load. Work load increases heart rate and reduces the heart beat interval time. Therefore the relationship can be analyzed in the following respects;
a) the distribution of the heart interval time.
b) the pattern of the change in the heart beat interval time.
Experiments were performed with real subjects and following results are obtained.
a) The heart beat interval time has the lognormal distribution.
b) Heart rate variability is correlated with work load, but the pattern of the change in the heart beat interval time is independent of work load, i.e. work load increases the heart rate and reduces the heart beat interval time in the same ratio.
By using the relationship, a physiological work measurement model for estimating work load is developed. This model can be used to estimate work load involving heart stress in actual work situation.
본 연구는 심장박동주기의 분류형과 심장박동주기의 변화의 양상을 살펴봄으로써 작업량과 심장박동의 불규칙성 사이의 관계를 연구하는 것이 목적이다.
실험을 통하여 심장박동주기는 대수정규분포를 이룬다는 결과를 얻었다. 또한 작업량이 증가하면 심장박동주기가 일정한 비율로 감소하며 박동수가 증가하기 때문에 심장박동의 불규칙성을 측정하는 측정척도의 값이 감소한다.
작업량과 심장박동의 불규칙성과의 관계를 이용하여 생리적 작업측정모형을 제안하고, 이 모형의 적합성과 작업조건이 다른 경우의 응용성에 대하여 논의하였다.
