This thesis provides an overview of MIS(management information systems), which is recently introduced somewhat in Korea.
And, a profit planning model is developed as an application system.
In this model, especially, most of costs ＆ expenses are estimated by simple regression method.
With this method it is possible to make a flexible planning system. Practically, this system is applied to an electric ＆ electronic company composed of one main office ＆ three different factories.
And, it contains the following four parts.
1) Manpower and labor costs plan
2) Projected manufacturing costs
3) Pro-forma income statements
4) Break-even analysis
