This thesis deals with the problem of economic design of np-control chart under inspector errors.
First, a cost model with inspector errors is formulated, then the effect of inspector errors to the optimal cost and parameters are investigated, finally an algorithm for determining the optimal parameters in np-control chart is developed.
This study shows that inspector's type I error affects optimal sample size more than type II error does, and in the vicinity of the optimum the cost surface appears to be convex.
Several examples show that the cost model with the optimal parameters obtained from this algorithm is more economical than that with the optimal parameters from other existing algorithm.
본 논문은 검사자 과오를 고려한 np - 관리도의 경제적 설계에 관한 연구이다.
관리도의 경제적 설계를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 현실을 정확히 반영시키는 비용모형을 정립하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 지금까지 연구된 비용모형들은 검사자 과오가 존재하지 않는다는 가정하에 정립되었기 때문에, 검사자의 과오효과로 인하여 관리도의 최적모수 결정에 오차를 가져왔다.
그러므로 본 논문에서는 관리도의 경제적 설계가 의도하는 목적을 달성시키고자 검사자 과오를 고려한 비용모형을 정립하였다.
또한 검사자 과오 $e_1$, $e_2$가 변함에 따라 최적 소요비용과 최적 시료의 크기의 변화 추세를 전산기를 사용하여 분석하고 아울러 비용함수의 행태를 조사하였다.
그리고 마지막으로는 비용함수로 부터 간편하게 최적도수를 결정 할 수 있는 근사해법을 제시한 후 여러 예를 이용하여 기존근사해법과 서로 비교하였다.
