For labor-intensive garment industry, the development of standard data has become an important area in work measurement. This thesis is concerned with the development of the standard data for garment industry and the establishment of the basic model for the inspection time. The primary objective of this study is to develop a standard data system of element motions in garment industry, which makes it possible to establish standard time more easily, more quickly and more accurately than other methods do. The final standard data is completed by modifying and supplementing the existing standard data through three steps. The first step is to observe the operations in the field and to divide into element motions. The second step is to analyze each element motion by film analysis. The third step is to synthesize the standard data using MTM-1 data. The standard data developed will be useful in establishing standard time efficiently, which is a fundamental production management tool. The secondary objective is to establish the basic model for inspection time, which provides the exact standard time for inspection operation. For the practical application, a case study of determining the standard time of a specified product is provided.
勞動集約的인 縫製工業에 對한 標準時間資料의 開發은 作業測定에서 重要한 部分을 차지한다. 이 論文은 縫製工業의 標準時間資料 設定과 검사작업시간의 基本模型 樹立에 關한 硏究이다. 本 硏究의 主要目的은 봉제공업의 要素動作에 對한 標準時間資料를 만듬으로써 표준시간 설정을 他 技法보다 더 쉽고, 빠르고, 정확하게 하고자 함이다. 표준자료설정은 다음 세 단계를 거쳐 現存하는 標準資料를 수정, 補充하여 綜合하였다. 첫 단계는 작업현장에서 직접 觀察하여 要素動作으로 區分하였다. 둘째는 各 要素動作마다 필름分析을 하였다. 세째는 MTM-1 data를 사용하여 各 要素動作의 時間標準을 설정하였다. 본 논문에서 작성한 표준시간 자료는 생산관리를 위한 기초적 도구로서 표준시간을 效率的으로 설정하는데 유용하다.
本 硏究의 다음 目的으로는 검사작업시간을 올바르게 산출할 수 있도록 基本的 模型을 定立하였다.
끝으로 실제 응용을 위하여 특정제품의 各 工程別 標準時間設定에 對한 事例硏究를 다루었다.
