This thesis deals with a new type of preventive maintenance policy for the systems that fail stochastically with time. Since the usual preventive maintenance models use "time" as the decision variable, much information is needed to operate the maintenance program for the system in consideration.
In order to solve this problem, a preventive maintenance policy based on the number of system failure is suggested in this thesis.
In this model, renewal theory is used in developing the procedure and "cost ratio" is selected as the criterion of optimality.
Under mild condition, it is proved that unique optimal solution exists.
When the optimal solution cannot be obtained analytically, we can use a rough solution which is obtained from an integral equation. This preventive maintenance policy can be applied more easily to the practical problems and is more economical, in some cases, than usual models.
본 연구는 시간이 경과함에 따라 서서히 노후화되는 System에 대한 최적 예방정비대책을 다루고 있다.
지금까지 제시된 예방정비모형은 "시간"이 그 결정변수이므로 실제문제에 적용할 때 많은 정보를 필요로 한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 "System의 고장회수"를 결정변수로 하는 예방정비모형을 제시하였으며 그 최적해 선택의 기준으로써 "단위가동시간당 평균정비비용"을 사용하였고 이 모형의 최적해 산출 방법 및 그 근사적 방법을 제시하였다.
본 연구에서 제시된 예방정비모형은 기존의 모형보다 적은 정보로써 정비계획을 운영할 수 있으며 실제문제에 적용하기 쉽고 어느 조건하에서는 비용면에서 유리하다.
