This thesis describes a quantitative decision-making system for planning production, inventories, and work force at an aggregate level to respond to fluctuating demands on a production system.
A mathematical model, An Extended General Linear Programming, is proposed under the assumption that the cost functions of regular payroll, overtime payroll and premium, hiring and firing costs, and inventory and backorder costs can be approximated as linear functions.
By introducing multi-labor and multi-product as new decision variables an emphasis is laid on the developed model's applicability. The effect of manufacturing progress is also considered to improve its practicality.
This is illustrated by an application to an operating firm which produces tele-electric equipments.
本 論文은 變動하는 市場需要를 充足시키기 위하여 企業이 期間別로 生産하여야 한 製品量과 確保하여야 할 在庫量 및 人力水準에 대한 綜合的인 情報를 數學的으로 提供하고자 하였다.
그러기 위하여 一次函數로 近似시킬 수 있는 正規給料費用, 殘業費用, 雇傭 및 解職費用, 在庫 및 注文遲滯費用을 總費用函數의 要素들로 고려하고 一般線型計劃 模型을 擴大시켜 새로운 數學的 模型을 提案하였다.
지금까지 이 分野에 대한 硏究가 많이 있었음에도 불구하고 실제로 利用되는 事例가 적었던 점을 감안하여 復數人力, 復數製品을 표시 할 수 있는 새로운 變數와 간소화된 熟達效果 理論을 導入하여 模型의 實用性에 力点을 두었다.
끝으로 이 模型을 電子器機 製造業體에 실제로 適用하여 봄으로써 그 有用性을 檢討하였다.
