This thesis deals with a study on the sales forecasting and the aggregate production planning which covers production scheduling, products and components inventory control and manpower planning.
First of all, an accurats sales forecasting is indispensable to the aggregate production plans. And it is important to select proper forecasting techniques in accordance with forecasting cost, time, and product characteristics, etc.
In production planning, this thesis tries a goal programming approach which is useful in solving management problems with multiple goals and multiple sub-goals. Besides multiple objedives, the G.P model can get over the difficulties in estimating costs such as lay off cost, idle time cost, stockout cost and etc. and also can consider compoents inventory problems.
After theorical surveys, the forecasting model and G.P model are applied to establish the aggregate production plans for X.Y.Z. Co., a typical set assembling Co.
And it is found that the supply of some components is crucial to the overall production scheduling.
本 硏究는 經營計劃을 爲한 製品販賣豫測과 이 豫測値를 基礎로 生産率, 製品在庫管理, 人力需給計劃, 部品의 需給計劃을 同時에 決定하는 總體的 生産計劃(Aggregate Production Planning)을 樹立하는데 對한 것이다.
製品의 販賣豫測은 모든 計劃의 基本으로 이 豫測에 對하여는 여러 方法이 있지만 豫測의 費用, 時間, 資料의 狀態, 製品의 수명 Cycle상의 位置등의 條件에 따라 各各 알맞는 方法이 使用되어야 한다.
總體的 生産計劃을 樹立하는데 있어 보다 幅 넓은 適用을 하고자 複數目標體系, 費用測定의 難点, 部品의 需給에 對한 問題를 극복할 수 있는 接近方法으로 G.P 에 의한 接近方法이 考慮될수 있다. 이에 따른 實際 適用으로 위의 3가지 難点이 두드러지게 나타나는 組立生産業體를 對象으로 實際適用을 하였다.
이 適用에서 먼저 製品의 販賣豫測을 指數平滑法과 多重回歸모델에 依한 2가지 豫測을 하여 그 結果를 간단히 比較하고, 그다음 確定된 豫測値를 根據로 G.P 모델에 의한 總體的 生産計劃이 樹立되었다. 또 이들 目標體系의 變化에 따라 그 變動事項을 分析하여 보다 有用한 生産計劃이 되도록 하였다.
