This thesis is a study on the development of the standard time and standard data for sewing operations. The primary objective of this study is to develope a standard data system of element motions of sewing operations, which makes it possible to establish standard time more easily, more consistently and more accurately than the stop watch method does. The development of the standard data system consists of three steps. The first is to identify the manual motions from sewing operations. The second is to simplify the MTM-1 data considering the frequency and the nature of basic motions in sewing operations. The third is to synthesize the standard data using the simplified MTM-1 data by the film analysis of the actual operations pictured in the field. The standard data developed will be useful in establishing standard time efficiently, which is one of the most important and fundamental tools for the scientific labor management. For the practical application, a case study of determining the standard time of Laceslip operations is provided.
이 논문은 봉제작업의 표준시간과 표준자료 설정에 관한 연구이다. 이 연구의 주요 목적은 미싱작업의 요소동작에 대한 표준자료를 만들므로써 표준시간 설정을 스톱윗치법보다 더 쉽고 더 일관적이고 더 정확하게 하고자 함이다.
표준자료 설정은 세단계로 이루어졌다. 첫째는 봉제작업으로부터 수작업동작을 구별하였다. 둘째는 봉제작업의 기본동작들의 발생빈도와 성질을 고려하여 MTM-1 data를 간략히 하였다. 셋째는 작업장에서 촬영한 실제 작업들을 필림분석을 하고 간략화한 MTM-1 자료를 사용하여 표준자료를 합성하였다. 이 논문에서 만든 표준자료는 과학적인 인력관리에서 가장 중요하고 기본적인 자료의 하나인 표준시간을 효율적으로 설정하는데 유용하다. 실제 응용을 위하여 Lace slip작업의 표준시간 설정에 대한 사례 연구를 다루었다.
