In this thesis, we have investigated the approximate chiral invariance of the strong interactions within the context of the flavor mixing. Assuming that the chiral invariance is broken by the introduction of the weak interactions, we have established in the six quark model a relationship among the chiral symmetry-breaking parameters, the flavor mixing angles and the quark mass ratios.
The implication of the $U_A$(1) symmetry on the flavor mixing has been also investigated. We have found that it may provide the group-theoretical explanation for the discrete symmetries of the phase transformation type upon the Higgs interaction Lagrangian.
이 논문에서는 플레버 혼합의 관점에서 강 상호 작용의 카이랄 불변성을 연구하였다. 약 상호 작용의 도입에 의하여 카이랄 불변성이 깨어진다고 가정함으로써 카이랄 대칭성의 파괴 변수와 플레버 혼합 각도 그리고 쿼크의 질량비들 사이의 관계를 세울 수 있었다. 이와 함께 $U_{A(1)}$ 대칭성의 플레버 혼합에 대한 의미도 연구되었다.
