The transfer function of the surface type transducer was analyzied to study the frequency characteristics of Barkhausen Noise in 3 % Si-Fe using resonant surface type and wide-band pick-up coil transducers. Two peaks at both knees and neighbors of the coercive forces on the hysteresis was observed with 10 KHz and 60 KHz resonant type transducers respectively. The power spectrum of Barkhuasen Noise using Lock-in Amplifier and wide band pick-up coil showed two peaks corresponding to both knees of magnetic hysteresis loop at the reference frequency of Lock-in Amplifier of 1KHz, while single peak was observed at neighbor of the coercive force at the reference frequencies of 30KHz, 60KHz. The largest energy at 1KHz of reference frequency decreased rapidly decreased up to 30KHz, followed by slow decrement with increasing frequency. Two peaks appeared on both knees at 1kHz reference frequency is attributed to the magnetic flux change due to the domain nucleation and annihiliation and single peak appeared on the neghbor of the coercive force at 30 ~ 60KHz to the domain displacements during magnetization.
