mNA (meta-Nitroaniline) organic crystal cored fibers were fabricated by using inverted Bridgeman technique. The crystal quality is assessed under a microscope connected to a charge coupled device camera with crossed polarizers. The problems associated with the single crystal growth are discussed in relation with the growth conditions. The pulling rate turned out to be the most dominent factor to control the growth of single crystal fibers.
