A chopper-stabilized biopotential amplifier, with >1V DC electrode offset (DEO) rejection technique, that can reject the large DEO up to 1.28V without compromising CMRR (>100dB) and without increase of power consumption. The digital-assisted DEO cancellation loop senses and cancels out the DEO with the ca-pacitor array DAC and the DEO polarity detector. The biopotential amplifier for wearable health-monitoring system consumes 2μW from a 1V supply, while its input referred noise is 3.1μVRMS from 0.5Hz to 100Hz, and is implemented in 45nm CMOS.
