Technology forecasting of the future is intended to predict changes of various techniques and analyze different aspects of development of science and technology. That would help us to select better choice in the decision-making for the future. Technology forecasting from the point of view of technology management is very important information in order to make a business plan and strategy of the company. It effects to be dependent the success or failure of the company with the commercialization of technology. There are lots of methodologies for the technology forecasting but it is hard to say what kind of methodology is for the best and fit for it. And it is known that there is not a suitable methodology for medium-term future which means specific period within 5 years. In this study, suggest a predictive model based on the evolution of function oriented technology in order to predict the technology of the medium-term in a more appropriate way from the point of view of technology management. And it is possible to perform the process technology forecasting based on blank technical function through the Key word and to put the number of patents by year adjusted on the suggested index of the technical evolution class. It proceeded to the process of analyzing a vehicle black box as a Case study, verifies can be applied to the proposed model.
기술 예측은 미래의 기술은 어떻게 될 것인지, 그 미래 기술의 다양한 변화를 예측하거나 결정하는 것이며 과학 기술의 발전을 여러 가지 측면에서 분석하여 이를 이용하여 보다 나은 의사결정을 내리는 것을 돕는다. 기술 경영에서 미래 기술에 대한 예측은 기업의 전략이나 경영 계획을 세우기 위한 중요한 정보가 된다. 이를 통한 기술사업화와 연계가 될 경우 기업의 성공과 실패를 좌우되기도 한다. 기술을 예측하는 수 많은 방법론이 있고 어떠한 방법을 사용하는 것이 유리하고 정확한 예측을 할 수 있다고 정의 하기 어렵다. 또한 5년 이내의 기술을 예측하는 뚜렷한 방법론은 존재하지 않는다고 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술 경영 관점에서 좀 더 적합한 방법으로 중기 기술을 예측하여 이를 이용하여 기술 전략을 세우거나 기술 사업화로 이어질 수 있는 예측 모델을 기술의 진화 관점에서 기술 시스템이 가진 기능에 집중하여 만들어 보는 것을 목표로 연구를 하였다. 기술 시스템의 연도 별 case 별 특허 수와 Key word 정리를 통해 기능 기반의 공백 기술을 예측 할 수 있고 이를 통해 중기 기술에 대한 전망을 분석 할 수 있다. Case study로 차량용 블랙박스를 분석하여 제안한 모델에 적용하여 검증하는 과정을 진행하였다.
