Nowadays, due to the complexity of research problems, in order to solve scientific problems, researchers can not rely on their own generated data.The need for collaborative activities, sharing of research data and long term availability of system become key factors in research environment. E-research can be used to explain the usage of ICT in research environment with these three key factors as important. This study is intended to understand how collaboration ,openness and sustainability issue can affect researchers intention to adopt e-research with UTAUT model as framework. A survey was conducted and the results were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling approach. Performance expectancy is strengthen by the presence of collaboration and sustainability. A system is perceived as effortless to use when there’re higher degree of collaboration and opennes in data and facilities. At the same time, collaboration increases when it is supported by openness and sustainability. This study will contribute to a perspective on how collaboration, openness and sustainability issue must be taken as important when adopting ICT in research environment.
요즘, 연구 문제들의 복잡한 성격을 나타내고 있는 환경 하에서 연구자들은 그들 분야에서만 생성되는 데이터만으로는 과학적으로 연구 문제들을 해결 할 수 없다. 이런 연구 환경에서는 협업화된 활동, 연구 데이터의 공유와 지속적인 시스템의 활용 가능성 확보와 같은 요인들이 중요하게 인식된다. E-리서치는 연구환경에서 정보통신 기술을 활용할 때 이 세가지 주요 요인들이 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 설명을 가능케 한다. 본 연구는 협력(Collaboration), 개방성(Openness), 그리고 지속가능성 (Sustainability) 관련 요인들이 어떻게 e-리서치의 수용에 영향을 미치는지를 알아봤으며 연구 프레임워크로서 통합기술수용이론 (Unified theory of acceptance and user acceptance) 을 적용했다. 데이터 획득을 위한 설문조사 기법이 수행됐으며 구조방정식 (Structrual Equation Modelling)을 수립 해 분석을 수행했다. 성과에 대한 기대는 협력과 지속가능성 존재 하에서 강해진다. 데이터와 사용 도구들의 개방성과 협력의 정도가 높을수록 시스템 사용에 대해 많은 노력 없이 사용이 용이하게 인식된다. 동시에, 개방성과 지속가능성이 확보되고 지원될 때 협력이 증가한다. 본 연구는 협력, 개방성, 지속가능성 관련 요인들이 연구 수행 환경에서 정보통신 기술을 수용 할 때 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증한 데에 의의가 있다.
