Currently, wireless service market is shared by major wireless service providers and use mutually exclusive spectrum bands for service provision. There is an imbalance due to the mismatch of static spectrum allocation and dynamic spectrum demand.
We consider cooperation among WSPs to share their resources in the form of time portions. We provide group bargainig model which can be applied to the current wireless service market and the solution not only at one point of time but also during a time period.
We apply the group bargaining solution of Chae and Heidhues[2004] to this spectrum usage exchange among WSPs as groups of base stations. Also, we suggest another concept of bargaining model and solution where one allocates the remaining channel usage to the base stations which belong to same group rst and then allocates the remaining resources to every base station that need more.
요즈음 무선 서비스 시장은 몇 개의 큰 무선 서비스 제공자들에 의해 돌아가고 있다. 서비스 이용자들이 원하는 시간과 그 이용량이 항상 일정하지 않으므로 한 회사의 기지국에서는 서비스 제공에 한계를 느끼고 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 무선 서비스 제공자들간의 협력이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 무선 서비스 제공자들간의 협조적 그룹 바게닝 게임을 설명하고 있고, 시간을 단위 시간으로 나눠서 시간이 고정되어 있을 때와 아닐 때 각각의 그룹 바게닝 모델을 적용하여 솔루션을 설명하고 있다. 이 때 Chae and Heidhues의 논문에 나와있는 그룹 바게닝 모델을 적용하여 솔루션을 구하였다. 또한 각 무선서비스 제공자들이 협력을 할 때 처음부터 함께 협력하는 경우와 자신의 기지국들의 이익을 먼저 생각하여 협력하는 경우를 나누어 두 가지 방법으로 모델링을 하고 솔루션을 구하였다.
