We fabricated polymer waveguide filter with a Bragg grating by using only the molding technique. It is made by using a fabrication procedure consisting of two steps. In the first step, the Bragg grating is fabricated on the cladding by nano-imprint lithography with a silicon mold. In the second step, the single-mode waveguide is formed on the cladding with a Bragg grating pattern. It is made by microtransfer molding with a polydimethylsiloxane mold. The fabricated waveguide has a cross-sectional area of 5×5.$\mum^2$. UV-curable polymer WIR 30-460 and WIR 30-450 are used as the core and cladding, respectively. The propagation loss of waveguide without grating is 0.87dB/cm at the wavelength of 1550nm. the center wavelength of the fabricated Bragg grating filter is 1567.12 and 1567.09 nm for transverse-electric and transverse-magnetic modes, respectively. In each case, the reflectivity at the center wavelength is 10.3 and 9.2 dB, respectively.
