Product life cycle is getting shorter and shorter. So it needs quick response after rapid CSI research. If possible, customer (ex. insurance company) of research firm can get the competitive power and research firm also get the same among its competitors. However under the present system, CSI research process do not meet rapid cycle time of whole research process.
In this research, Lean Six Sigma which is the combination of Lean Production and Six Sigma is applied to CSI research process. The way of Pull system using Kanban and standardization of analysis process is proposed. Using this methodology, it can promote the flow of questionnaires between the internal departments of research firm and also improve the level of analysis and its cycle time by standardization.
제품의 수명 주기는 점점 더 빨라지고 있다. 그러므로 신속한 시장 조사 후에 민첩한 대응이 요구된다. 이것이 가능해진다면 설문 의뢰 기업들은 동종 업계에서 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있으며 설문 조사 기업 역시 마찬가지이다. 그러나 현행 고객 만족 지수 조사 과정은 충분히 빠르지 못하다. 본 연구에서는 린 생산방식과 6시그마가 결합된 형태인 Lean Six Sigma를 설문 조사 절차에 적용한다. 간반 방식과 조사 분석 과정의 표준화 방안이 제시된다. 본 방법론을 적용하여, 설문 조사 회사 내부 부서들간의 자료 교환이 촉진되고 또한 표준화로 인하여 조사 기간이 짧아지고 분석의 질도 상향 평준화되는 것을 기대할 수 있다.
