The inverse problem of determining unknown inlet temperature in thermally developing, hydrodynamically developed two-phase laminar flow in a parallel plate duct is studied. The inlet temperature profile is determined by measuring temperature in the flow field. No prior information is needed for the functional form of the inlet temperature profile.
Three inverse heat transfer problems are considered. The first two problems only consider heat conduction and convection. In those two problems, the unknown inlet temperature is varying spatially or varying not only spatially but also temporally. The last considered inverse problem includes conduction, convection and radiation phenomena and the unknown inlet temperature is only varying spatially.
The inverse heat transfer problem is solved by minimizing the objective function with regularization methods. The conjugate gradient method as iterative method and the Tikhonov regularization method are employed. The effects of the functional form of inlet temperature, the number of measurement points and the measurement errors are investigated. The accuracy and efficiency of these two methods are also compared and discussed.
덕트내에 열적으로 발달하고 있는 2상 유동이 흐르고 있을 때, 입구 온도를 찾는 역해석 문제가 연구되었다. 입구 온도 분포는 유동장내에서 측정된 온도를 이용해 추정된다. 입구 온도 분포에 대한 함수 정보는 필요로 하지 않는다.
세 가지 문제가 고려되었다. 첫번째와 두번째문제는 전도와 대류만이 고려되었고, 각각의 문제에서 입구 온도는 공간적으로 혹은 공간, 시간적으로 변하고 있다고 가정하였다. 세번째 문제에서는 복사도 함께 고려되었다.
역열전달 문제는 공액 구배법과 Tikhonov 조정법을 이용해 목적함수를 최소화하는 과정을 통해 계산되었다. 입구 온도의 함수 형태, 측정점의 갯수, 측정 오차의 영향이 연구되었고, 두 가지 역해석 기법 또한 비교되었다.
