Evolutionary Multi Agent System(EMAS) is a new approach to search for a global solution in the Pareto sense to multiobjective optimization problem based on the evolutionary algorithm and the multiagent system which was suggested by K. Socha and M. Kisiel-Dorohinicki in 2001. EMAS is a computational technique utilizing a decentralized model of evolution; incorporating the evolutionary process into a Multi Agent System at a population level. This technique makes the search efficient for pareto optimalities in the multiobjective optimization problem. But considering the demerits of the increase of process tiome depending linearly on the number of objective function calculation, the EMAS has been deterred from being adapted to the aerodynamic optimization where each solution of the Navier-Stokes equation consumes quite a long time. In this research, this hindrance could be overcome to the considerable degree, utilizing the parallel computing. Besides, a suitable crowding factor, the most critical parameter in the EMAS could be found with the adaptation of the double EMAS, where a outer EMAS searches for the proper parameter while the inner EMAS is solving the test function. With a good combination of parameters and parallel objective function calculation in EMAS, 3-D airfoil design optimization was performed satisfying the aerodynamic and RCS purpose, and the various airfoil designs were acquired.
