Then, this study was collaborated on a work with experts who have a lot of knowledge and experiences about the environmental strategy to validate the usefulness of the appraisal standards. After the completion of environmental management strategy evaluation model for motor industry, the five groups consisted of experts in the product, process, organization and systems, supply chain and product recovery, external relationship fields participated in the designed questionnaires for the model. In the process of conclusion, I used geometric mean about their results. Consequently, this study could find that there are differences about the evaluation weights composed the model.
In the end, the finished model applied real motor companies, Toyota, BMW, and HMC. It may be useful to refer to this result and evaluation weights to understand the environmental management strategy.
