When an enterprise does not have a data redundancy management device for its data model, data redundancy problems in the physical database occur due to the failure of data redundancy management. Measuring data redundancy at a conceptual design, which is the first visible step of it, is very important because it brings a chance to reduce it. In this study, I propose a prototype for managing data redundancy and a technique for measuring it. The prototype for managing data redundancy is organized into an information collector, a data redundancy checker, and a data model reconstructor. The measurer of data redundancy is organized into an information collector and a data redundancy checker. To decide what is a data redundancy, the first thing to do is to distinguish similarities in the data model. This is an important decisive factor of similarities in the name and constructor. Regarding factors of these similarities, I try to measure data redundancy through the construction of a simple prototype for measurement on the topic of business sales part.
