In this paper, the equivalent circuit model of the dielectric resonator is presented and 10.75 GHz dielectric resonator oscillator is designed and fabricated. Balanced oscillator is fabricated and In-phase output balanced oscillator theory is proved using general balanced oscillator model theory. Fundamental mode power combined oscillator is fabricated which, combines two output of the in-phase output balanced oscillator. and it`s output power is doubled. Also electrical characteristics of two types of 21.5 GHz Push-Push dielectric resonator oscillators with Wilkinson and T-junction power combiners for the output stage is investigated and compared. Their output characteristics have small difference. 21.5 GHz Push-Push dielectric resonator oscillator using balanced structure removed 50Ω resistors in the Push-Push DRO topologies. it used general balanced oscillator model theory. it is designed and fabricated and it`s results shows that it`s output characteristics are similar to the Push-Push DRO’s output characteristics.
