This thesis proposes a methodology to develop a business architecture for B2B system to support collaboration product development process in electronics industry with an emphasis on the PCB industry case study. Business architecture is to describe a software system for the user's perspective, while software architecture defines the software structure from the implementation point of view. Business architecture consists of 3 views: functional, dynamic, and information view which are represented by Unified Modeling Language(UML) diagrams; use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, and class diagram. In this thesis, the methodology followed a part of the Rational Unified Process(RUP); business modeling workflow, requirements workflow, and analysis and design workflow. This thesis also provides a verification the proposed business architecture by comparing it to available CPC software.
