New dimension of the organizational resource, knowledge, has been highlighted as the source of organizational competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing among the members is important to achieve this competitiveness. Through knowledge sharing, individual knowledge is diffused to other organizational members. For knowledge sharing, trust is a key component. Organizational members can trust each other differently according to their objects and feeling. In this research, the concepts of trust are categorized on the basis of the multidimensionality and multilevelity. Our analysis reveals that organizational trust and trust in peer have a positive influence on knowledge sharing. Additionally, it is found that the level of knowledge sharing differs in industry type.
