I studied the deposition condition for the BaO thin film to make a good buffer layer for the superconducting thin ReBCO film. And I investigated high Tc superconductor SmBCO on YSZ/$CeO_2$/Ni(c-axis tilted RATiS having boundary) and STO bicrystal(30°). The Tc of SmBCO on the RATiS had 93K similar that of the RABiTS(92K). And the Jc of SmBCO on the RATiS was $5.5*10^4 A/㎠$, 70K, 100㎶ criterion. But the Jc cross the boundary was 1/15 times of the single crystal RATiS. In the case of biscrystal STO having ab-plane twisted 30°, the Jc cross the boundary has a little damping(80% of the single STO). Property of SmBCO to the magnetic field was as good as the YBCO at high magnetic field(>5T) but was not good at low magnetic field(<1T)
