Today, as the developments of E-Commerce is being accelerated, the needs for EDI are getting animated and its contents are coming to be various. Although EDI was a start point for E-Commerce, its actual uses have plenty of disadvantages such as requiring separate and incompatible software, relative limitations in terms of data expression, and difficulties in its implementation and expansion. Consequently, XML/EDI technique that was created by applying EDI technique, which has recently been aggrandized as a web standard language, into XML which has opulent advantages of compatibility based on standardization of XML, variability of expression through multimedia, flexibility of syntax defining language and, lastly, script included connectivity, would be scrutinized in the research ; indeed, its real application structure and integration of already fully-fledged and utilized system methodology would be closely canvassed.
