Many companies make more effort on the customer retention, as the enterprise environment become more complex and highly competitive. They want to segment the customers and find the customers who are most profitable to the company. This phenomenon makes the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) more important. But companies spend much time and cost on the data mining for the CRM. CRM applications also emphasize this function. There are some problems in this process. With the increase of e-business companies, internet channel becomes more important in the CRM. This paper proposes the CRM process that makes customer’s value based segmentation more accurate and increases the customer events and tests them by designing CRM based internet channel.
