The rapid growth of mobile Internet, broadband and the instant messaging technology creates an environment in which Internet users can access information by varied appliances beyond time and location constraints
It brings a concept, “Ubiquitous Internet” gradually integrating wireless and wired Internet coupled with the trend for collaborating online and offline business. In this integrated environment, developing new business service such as mobile messaging is quite attractive.
This thesis provides business development methodology for mobile messaging services and examines its merits based on the literature review. It also suggests specific implementing methodology.
The proposed business model is an extension of personal digital hub. The proposed model will be discussed as an alternative for resolving usability issues that caused by ubiquitous nature of Internet.
