SCM solution package is the most effective system that allows the company to make effective decision with their suppliers and customers in terms of providing integrated information across companies.
As competition is getting intensive, most leading companies realize the importance of supply chain management and they are introducing SCM solution. It is not only leading companies’ concern but also Korean companies’. So the implementation of SCM solution package is rapidly increasing during last year in Korea. But there are not many studies, which find out the critical success factors of SCM implementation in Korea. A few studies tried to explain them but these are strategic view not managerial view.
The purpose of this study is to find out some consideration of SCM implementation so that managers who lead SCM implementation refer to them. To achieve this purpose, this thesis focuses on the company, which is in the progress of SCM implementation and the results are top management concern and support, package selection, proper implementation plan and so on.
