Internet business is emerging as an important industry area with great potentiality in the world. Also many firms are taking part in this market in Korea. However, even though there are many opportunities, the Korea Internet Market has the limitation of a scale and keen competition. So many Internet Companies in Korea are in the face of danger and they must try to find a break through for survival.
In comparison with the situation of the Korea Internet Market, a few nations in Asia such as Malaysia, China, Taiwan are entering an initial stage of the Internet Business. And there are many possibilities and opportunities for the Internet Business in these countries. So many Internet Companies in Korea that are in the face of danger have to turn away their eyes from internal markets to overseas markets.
There are many research papers and theories about many-sided strategies for the globalization of manufacturing company. Most these theories and research papers have some connection with marketing and production strategies. But these papers and theories can’t be help to globalize the Internet Company. These studies on the globalization of Internet Company are insufficient.
So this study is purposed to suggest a model to establish a strategy for the globalization of Internet Company that makes profits only through Internet.
