Knowledge Management has been studied and researched by many researchers since earlier 1990s. However, most of the emphasis of past studies is on the theoretical aspect of knowledge management. This thesis attempts to develop an integrated methodology for knowledge management, based on three dimensions of knowledge management: strategy, activation and Infrastructure. These dimensions are derived from six knowledge enablers such as strategy, organization, process, culture, information technology, and intellectual capital. The methodology is applied to a Korean company, which recently started knowledge management. The results from this application shows how the company performs three dimensions and thus indicates several suggestions for better knowledge management.
