This thesis developed e-business models and planned e-business marketing strategy for traditional distribution company that sells grocery items including fresh foods. It is composed of theoretical study for e-business marketing & practical case study for e-business project of traditional distribution company. Comparing theoretical study with practical case study will give instructions to men engaged in the distribution business.
For the case study, first, it employed Porter's competitiveness model to make the value chain of traditional distribution firm and to study the changing business environment by developing Information Technology and Internet. Concretely the development of Information Technology and Internet affect the value chain of traditional distribution firm and change it. Second, it analyzed and grasped the present status of on-line Grocery store.
